We celebrate every day excellence in the following ways:

Celebration assemblies

Each week, we host celebration assemblies to spotlight pupil achievements and award pupils for a whole variety of reasons.

Showcasing excellence

We celebrate pupil achievements on our Academy X account and through our parent platform: Class Dojo. This allows us to share moments of academic, creative, sporting and community success. Follow us on X @OysterParkP to see our pupils shine.

Academy recognition postcards

Staff can nominate pupils for a postcard home for exceptional demonstrations of Care, Aspire, Succeed and explain the recognition that they deserve.

Attendance rewards:

For those children who strive for excellent attendance, they will be recognised termly with a celebration that includes them all. This could be fun activities such as our ice cream parlour, pizza party, movie experience and many more!

For children who have achieved 100%, or very close to this over their Academy journey, they are included in a special trip to celebrate their resilience, dedication and commitment.
